  Hi!  I'm Ms. Weidner, and I teach 7^th grade social studies and 7^th and 8^th grade Spanish.  This is my first year teaching at Cedar Grove-Belgium Middle School. 

Prior to becoming a teacher, I grew up in the small town of Bonduel, Wisconsin.  It is actually smaller than Cedar Grove!  My family was and still is very involved in the school district there.  My dad teaches high school biology, and my mom volunteers at the school often.  My two sisters and I were very active in extra-curricular activities during high school. 

After graduating from high school, I went on to college at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.  Four years and many classes later, I graduated from UW-Whitewater with a degree in Elementary/Middle Education and minors in math and Spanish in May 2002.

I am extremely excited to be teaching in my very first classroom this year and am glad to be located in such a friendly and welcoming school district.
